Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
- International shipping fees vary depending on destination and order size.

- Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in the email.

- Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the shipment:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
- If no response is received within 7 days, the order will be canceled and refunded minus original shipping costs.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please report the issue within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
- Provide photos of any damaged packaging or products.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
